Haven started in 2014 with four units and a simple idea: a landlord's job is to own the asset — not to run it. We've grown to 1,200+ units by making owners' lives measurably easier.
Our story
Started by landlords, run like landlords would want.
Our founders self-managed through the 2 a.m. calls, the tenant chases, and the surprise inspections. Haven is the company we wished existed — one that treats every owner's asset like its own.
Today a team of licensed property managers, maintenance coordinators, and accountants run your portfolio the same way we'd run our own: documented, audited, and handled before it becomes your problem.
